Entry Level Chat Support Representative – Remote, No Experience Needed

We’re hiring a temporary Chat Support Representative to strengthen our customer service team during the peak holiday rush. You’ll handle live chat conversations with customers, answer questions about our products and shipping options, and troubleshoot problems in real-time. This is a seasonal role perfect for someone looking to jump into remote work immediately.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, delivering helpful answers and clarification on products and delivery details.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and accurately, focusing on finding solutions that satisfy each person.
  • Create a friendly and helpful atmosphere through every chat interaction you handle.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a working internet connection and a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
  • Comfortable writing clearly in English for chat-based conversations.
  • No previous chat support experience required, we provide complete onboarding and training.

Skills/Background:
