We’re seeking an Entry Level Customer Support Representative to handle remote customer interactions via live chat. This position provides the flexibility you need to work from your home setup, whether you’re looking for full-time hours or something more part-time. We welcome candidates with no experience in customer support, as comprehensive training will be provided to get you ready to start right away.
What you will be doing: You’ll interact with customers using our live chat platform, addressing their questions and concerns while delivering helpful information about our products and services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to inquiries on our web platform and social channels, sharing relevant product details, and communicating current promotions and deals to customers seeking assistance.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed:
- A compatible device for accessing chat systems and social platforms, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Capability to work independently, follow guidelines carefully, and organize your schedule efficiently.
- A willingness to commit at least 5 hours weekly and a dependable internet service.
Hours per week: Flexible scheduling between 5 and 40 hours per week based on your preferences.
Location: Work from home positions available (United Kingdom preferred).
