What you will be doing: As a Remote Call Center Representative, you’ll respond to live chat messages from customers on our partner websites and social media channels. You’ll handle a variety of inquiries spanning customer service and sales assistance, delivering helpful responses that address customer concerns quickly and accurately.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need reliable access to a computer or tablet capable of handling web-based chat and social platforms. We seek individuals who thrive working independently, pay close attention to instructions, and can dedicate a minimum of 10 hours each week. A dependable broadband connection is essential.
