Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer questions and concerns through live chat and email with speed, understanding, and attention to detail.
  • Identify what customers are looking for, recommend appropriate answers, and know when to pass issues to senior staff members.
  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of our offerings so you can guide customers with confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and look for opportunities to enhance the quality of our support.

Requirements:

  • Solid English communication abilities, with confidence in written exchanges.
  • A reliable internet connection and a device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
  • Prior chat support experience is not required, only your genuine interest in learning and advancing your abilities.

Rate:

  • $35 hourly, with potential adjustments based on your output and contribution level.

Work Schedule:
