What You Will Be Doing:

- Reference comprehensive training resources to manage routine requests and determine when to pass along difficult cases to senior staff.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Stable internet connection and a computer or mobile device capable of running chat applications.
- Capability to function with minimal supervision and follow detailed guidance with precision.
- Previous chat support experience is not required, as comprehensive onboarding and support documentation will be furnished.
- Capacity to commit to a minimum of 20 hours weekly, with flexibility to take additional shifts when demand increases.
