This entry-level opportunity suits individuals who excel at clear communication and genuinely enjoy assisting customers from their home office.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Connect with customers in real-time via live chat and email to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and deliver prompt support.
  • Build knowledge of our offerings to deliver accurate, valuable guidance to every customer interaction.
  • Reference comprehensive training resources to manage routine requests and determine when to pass along difficult cases to senior staff.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Stable internet connection and a computer or mobile device capable of running chat applications.
  • Capability to function with minimal supervision and follow detailed guidance with precision.
  • Previous chat support experience is not required, as comprehensive onboarding and support documentation will be furnished.
  • Capacity to commit to a minimum of 20 hours weekly, with flexibility to take additional shifts when demand increases.
