Customer Care Agent – Remote, Entry Level

We’re actively recruiting a Customer Care Agent to deliver outstanding support and consistently exceed customer expectations. This position is critical to our operations, as you’ll handle customer questions, utilize your understanding of our offerings to recommend solutions, and foster strong customer connections.

Working from home in this role, you’ll communicate with customers through digital messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger, addressing their concerns in a virtual setting without needing in-person meetings. You’ll serve as an essential contributor, managing inquiries across web portals and social channels to help resolve concerns, share product details, and highlight current deals.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle incoming customer messages through live chat, furnishing guidance, product details, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Interact with customers to tackle concerns, deliver sales guidance, and highlight available promotions.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to an internet-enabled device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
  • Competency in written English communication.
  • Stable, dependable internet connectivity required.

Skills and Training:

  • This opportunity is ideal for those beginning their journey in customer support chat services. Comprehensive training is available, and experience is not a prerequisite.
