We’re seeking a Customer Care Chat Representative to serve as an essential frontline resource for our members and stakeholders, providing exceptional guidance and answers about our health insurance offerings to both current participants and those exploring coverage options, along with internal team support. This position allows you to create meaningful value with every interaction.
What You Will Do:
- Handle and resolve customer messages received through live chat channels on our web platform and social channels, delivering responsive support and detailed information to new and returning customers alike.
- Respond to various customer concerns with prompt, precise, and thorough guidance to ensure satisfaction.
Contract Details:
- Open-ended arrangement with no predetermined end date.
Rate:
- $35 hourly compensation.
Requirements:
- Access to an appropriate device, including smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of connecting to chat and social messaging platforms.
- Capability to perform independently, adhere closely to guidance, and maintain courteous communication with customers at all times.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 10 hours weekly.
- Stable, high-speed internet access required.
Weekly Hours:
- 10 hours minimum each week.
Location:
- 100% remote position, preferred for applicants based in the United States.
