Entry Level Customer Chat Support Specialist – Remote Available

Previous experience isn’t required, as we offer detailed onboarding and training to help you build the expertise needed to succeed in this position.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Communicating with customers via live chat to address their concerns, resolve problems, and deliver timely assistance.
  • Providing guidance across multiple areas, such as product details, service explanations, and technical problem-solving.
  • Leveraging various platforms and support systems to supply customers with accurate and valuable information.

Contract Length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Stable high-speed internet connection and a compatible device for accessing chat platforms and web interfaces (Smartphone/Computer/Laptop).
  • Capacity to function both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Excellent written communication abilities and precision in following directions.
  • Flexible schedule with minimum commitment of 5+ hours weekly.

Hours Per Week: 5 – 40 hours.

Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
