Customer Service Agent – Remote Work

On a daily basis, you’ll connect with customers through our messaging platform, resolving their inquiries, responding to questions, walking them through our website features, and facilitating transactions. Your contributions will be instrumental in strengthening customer relationships and boosting overall satisfaction, all from your home office setup.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: Candidates must have a stable internet connection and a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of supporting chat applications. Previous experience with chat-based customer support is not mandatory, though we do require solid English communication skills and a willingness to develop new competencies. Full onboarding and training sessions will equip you with everything necessary to succeed and support our customers effectively.
