Remote Customer Service Associate – Entry Level

We’re seeking an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Associate to handle live chat support for online retailers. This part-time, fully remote opportunity welcomes anyone interested in delivering outstanding customer service from home, on your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer messages through live chat regarding product details, services, and transaction matters.
  • Supply reliable and prompt responses to both prospective and current customers.
  • Handle questions concerning order status, item stock levels, costs, and similar matters.
  • Work with various online platforms to engage customers and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Need access to a computer, tablet, or mobile device with stable internet connection.
  • Strong command of English, particularly written language skills.
  • Ability to function without constant supervision, adhere to guidelines, and organize your workload.

Rate:
