Remote Customer Service Live Chat Agent

Do you excel at helping others and communicate effectively through written channels? We’re looking for a Remote Customer Service Live Chat Agent to deliver outstanding support entirely through messaging platforms. You’ll connect with customers in real-time via live chat, answer their questions quickly, walk them through available solutions, and handle their concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver immediate assistance through live chat, handling customer concerns and creating positive interactions.
  • Leverage digital platforms and resources to troubleshoot problems, communicate product details, and assist with site navigation.
  • Work alongside colleagues to maintain consistent, high-caliber customer support standards.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Dependable internet connection and an appropriate device, including laptops, smartphones, or tablets.
  • Conversational English proficiency and genuine enthusiasm for delivering supportive, courteous customer interactions.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Live chat background is not required, comprehensive onboarding is provided to all new hires.
  • Solid keyboarding ability and capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an active work setting.

Location:

  • Remote position available online, United States candidates preferred.
