What You’ll Do: In this Chat Support Tier I position, you’ll be the primary contact for customers reaching out through live chat. You’ll engage with both repeat customers and newcomers, handle their questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide them toward solutions using our chat platform and social channels. No phone support required, just text-based conversations.
Contract Duration: Indefinite
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional chat support by responding to customer questions, troubleshooting concerns, and supporting purchase decisions.
- Uphold brand voice and service standards consistently in all customer conversations.
- Work alongside peers to enhance the overall customer experience and identify improvements.
Requirements:
- Access to a dependable device with strong internet connection for chat and social media platforms, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
- Comfortable working solo while adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
- Flexibility to commit at least 10 hours weekly with consistent connectivity.
Skills/Background:
- Prior customer support experience is not necessary, complete on-the-job training is included.
- Strong written communication abilities, self-motivation, and accountability matter most.
- Must be organized, capable of managing multiple chat threads simultaneously, and skilled at managing workload priorities.
Location: Fully remote, based anywhere, (U.S. residents preferred).
