Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming messages on our website chat and social media channels, answering customer questions, offering product guidance, and applying promotional offers when relevant.
Key Details:
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Communication Channels: Text-based messaging only, delivered entirely through your computer or mobile device, no in-person contact needed.
- Training: Full onboarding and training materials will be supplied, making this an excellent entry point for anyone new to online customer service roles.
Requirements:
- You’ll need a computer, smartphone, or similar device connected to reliable internet.
- Clear written English communication is a must.
- Ready to begin work right away and operate remotely from your location of choice, ideally somewhere in the continental United States.
Skills/Background:
- Previous experience handling live chat conversations isn’t required, we’ll provide everything needed to succeed.
