Remote Customer Support Chat Agent – No Experience Required

As a Remote Customer Support Chat Agent, you’ll be the first line of contact for our customers reaching out through live chat, email, or text. Your main responsibility will be answering their questions, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service whenever they need product assistance or support.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a device that can handle website chat platforms and social media messaging, such as a laptop, tablet, or phone. Comfortable working on your own with minimal supervision. Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully. At least 5 hours weekly availability. Dependable broadband or wireless connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
