Are you ready to start a flexible work-from-home role in customer support? We’re looking for entry-level chat support agents who can dedicate at least 10 hours per week, with the option to scale up to 20 hours as needed. Most of your availability should fall between Monday and Thursday during our busiest periods.
What You Will Do: You’ll become the frontline voice of our brand by answering customer messages through live chat on our website and across social media. Your day-to-day will include responding to customer questions, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotions and discount codes.
Contract Duration: Open-ended arrangement with no predetermined end date.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with incoming customer messages via live chat, furnishing guidance, relevant URLs, and promotional offers.
- Create meaningful interactions that reflect professionalism and courtesy, keeping service quality at the forefront.
- Adapt your schedule to align with peak demand windows, typically Monday through Thursday.
Requirements:
- Own a connected device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer for accessing chat platforms and social channels.
- Show comfort working solo while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Show willingness to absorb training materials and adhere to established guidelines.
- Have the capacity to work between 5 and 40 hours each week with dependable internet access.
