Remote Live Chat Agent – Hourly Pay, Entry Level

Do you enjoy helping people solve problems through written communication? We’re looking for chat-based customer service professionals who thrive in a text-based environment and take pride in delivering thoughtful, accurate responses.

Working as a Remote Live Chat Agent means you’ll interact with customers in real time, responding to questions, walking them through solutions, and making sure they leave the conversation satisfied. No previous background required—comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed from day one.

Rate: $35 per hour

What you will be doing:

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer messages through chat channels
  • Handle questions about products, check on orders, and help troubleshoot common issues
  • Work toward resolutions that leave customers feeling supported and heard
  • Build knowledge of our offerings so you can provide informed guidance to each customer

Requirements:

  • A working internet connection and device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet
  • Comfortable writing clearly and understanding written English
  • Ability to manage your own workflow and take direction well
  • Willingness to commit at least 10 hours weekly to this role

Location: This is a work-from-anywhere remote opportunity, with primary focus on candidates based in the United States.
