Remote Live Chat Assistant

Do you enjoy real-time conversations and helping others solve problems? We’re hiring Remote Live Chat Assistants to handle customer interactions through live messaging systems on our clients’ websites and social channels. Work independently from anywhere with an internet connection, whether that’s your home office, a coffee shop, or wherever you’re most productive.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Engage with visitors through live chat, answering their questions, directing them to relevant resources, and communicating available promotions.
  • Deliver consistent, quick responses that keep customers happy and informed.
  • Create positive interactions that improve customers’ browsing and service experience.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • A computer, phone, or tablet with reliable internet access.
  • Solid English writing skills and clear communication ability.
  • Previous experience is not required. Full training and onboarding support will be provided.
