Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer messages through live chat, providing assistance and direction on multiple types of questions and concerns.
- Exhibit professionalism and respect in every interaction, keeping customer happiness as the priority.
- Reference training materials and company resources to deliver quick, accurate responses to customer needs.
- Log conversation details and observations to support ongoing enhancements to how customers are served.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- A working computer, phone, or tablet with internet access to manage chat and messaging platforms.
- Capacity to work independently with a strong dedication to delivering excellent customer care.
- Previous experience is not required, comprehensive onboarding and training materials are included.
Skills/Background:
- Strong written communication abilities, capable of expressing information in a concise and understandable way.
