What You Will Be Doing:
- Each shift, you’ll connect to our messaging interface and respond to incoming customer inquiries. The system makes it simple to handle routine requests, and supervisory support is always available when situations become more complex.
- You’ll complete a quick onboarding session, roughly 1-2 hours in length, to familiarize yourself with the role. Zero experience required to get started.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- A reliable computer or smartphone with stable internet access is essential.
- You work well solo and have strong attention to detail when following directions.
