Part Time Remote Chat Support – Entry Level

Looking to help customers resolve their concerns from home? This entry-level chat support role lets you provide real-time assistance through our messaging platform, helping shoppers get what they need without phone calls.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Each shift, you’ll connect to our messaging interface and respond to incoming customer inquiries. The system makes it simple to handle routine requests, and supervisory support is always available when situations become more complex.
  • You’ll complete a quick onboarding session, roughly 1-2 hours in length, to familiarize yourself with the role. Zero experience required to get started.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • A reliable computer or smartphone with stable internet access is essential.
  • You work well solo and have strong attention to detail when following directions.
  • A minimum commitment of 5 hours weekly is expected.
