Remote Chat Operator – No Experience Required

We’re hiring Remote Chat Operators for our expanding business. As an entry-level chat operator, you’ll be handling customer conversations through live chat, offering support and helping with sales inquiries. This position suits people who enjoy talking with others and want to build their customer service skills from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers via live chat to handle questions, tackle problems, and share information about what we offer.
  • Keep conversations professional and calm while dealing with all sorts of customers.
  • Keep detailed records of conversations, any issues customers mention, and how you fixed them.
  • Join regular training to learn more about our products and improve how you talk with people.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • A working computer, phone, or tablet with a steady internet connection.
  • Comfort using social media platforms and live chat tools.
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 10 hours each week.
  • Good writing skills and the capacity to work without constant supervision.

Desired Skills:

  • Former work helping customers is helpful but completely optional.
  • Strong focus on details and the talent to handle several things at once.
  • Initiative in solving issues and genuine enthusiasm for supporting others.

Work Hours & Location:

  • Work on your own schedule with a required minimum of 10+ hours per week.
  • Completely work from home, available to candidates throughout the United States.
