We’re hiring entry-level chat support agents to manage messaging inquiries and help customers find solutions. What you will be doing:
- Answer customer messages through Facebook Messenger, delivering support, troubleshooting problems, and creating positive interactions.
- Complete our onboarding and training sessions to learn the systems, procedures, and common questions you’ll encounter.
- Handle your own caseload with confidence, keeping conversations organized and staying courteous at all times.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed:
- A stable internet connection and any device capable of running chat applications (computer, phone, or tablet).
- Prior chat support experience is not required, we offer complete training materials and guidance to get you started.
- Ability to dedicate at least 5 hours weekly, with the option to set your own schedule.
Location:
- Work completely remote from anywhere online, applicants based in the United States are preferred.
