What You’ll Do: As a Remote Chat Support professional, you’ll respond to website visitors who need assistance with their questions. Whether someone’s asking about promotions, return procedures, or product details, you’ll provide clear answers using our resource library and get support from your team lead whenever you need it.
Contract Duration: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer messages quickly and accurately through the chat platform.
- Reference training materials and knowledge base articles to address questions effectively.
- Partner with your supervisor when issues require additional expertise or judgment.
Requirements:
- Own or have regular access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet.
- Comfortable working on your own while following clear procedures and instructions.
- Flexibility to commit 20 to 40 hours weekly with a consistent internet connection.
Skills/Background:
- Starting with zero experience is completely fine, we’ll train you from day one.
- Excellent written communication and genuine care for helping customers are must-haves.
- Able to juggle multiple conversations and stay productive in a busy setting.
Location: Entirely remote, ideally with candidates in the United States.
