Remote Chat Support Level 1 – Entry Level

What You Will Be Doing:

  • You will respond to live chat conversations originating from customer websites and various social media channels.
  • Your responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, addressing support concerns, and assisting prospective clients through informative and helpful interactions.
  • You’ll maintain high customer satisfaction levels by promptly handling requests and delivering solutions to their concerns through real-time messaging.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • You must have a reliable internet-enabled device available, whether a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • Self-motivation, the ability to adhere to clear guidance, and a willingness to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours weekly are essential qualities for this position.
  • Prior experience in customer support is not required, all necessary training will be furnished upon hiring.
