Chat-based customer support continues to expand rapidly, with more companies integrating messaging features directly into their storefronts and social platforms including Facebook and Instagram. This growth has created significant opportunities for skilled chat specialists who can manage customer conversations with speed and professionalism.
What you will be doing: You’ll spend your time responding to customer messages through chat interfaces on company websites and social channels, addressing their concerns, helping move sales forward, and sharing promotional offers as appropriate.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed:
- A reliable device with internet access capable of running chat platforms and social media applications (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Self-motivation and the ability to follow established procedures consistently.
- Willingness to commit a minimum of 10 hours each week to this position.
- A dependable high-speed internet connection throughout your working hours.
Hours per week: Flexible scheduling, with a minimum of 10 hours weekly and opportunities to expand as needed based on your schedule.
Location: Work entirely from home online, United Kingdom preferred.
