In today’s connected world, you can work from anywhere that suits you. You’ll join us using chat platforms such as Facebook Messenger to connect with customers, resolve their questions, and handle everything remotely without any in-person meetings needed.
What you will be doing: Your main task as a Chat Support Representative involves interacting with customers through our messaging channels, responding to their questions, helping them navigate our offerings, and creating meaningful connections with the people you support.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- A computer, phone, or tablet paired with reliable internet connectivity.
- Solid English communication skills, particularly for written correspondence.
- Previous experience with chat support is not necessary, as we offer thorough onboarding and training.
Skills/background needed: This role welcomes those new to customer support, with structured training designed to prepare you for success in remote chat-based customer advocacy.
Location: Remote work from home, United Kingdom preferred.
