Remote Customer Support Agent – Chat Only, No Phone Calls Required

We’re seeking a Remote Customer Support Agent to deliver chat-based assistance from your home office. This position plays a vital role in nurturing customer loyalty and achieving high satisfaction levels by quickly and efficiently handling inquiries through written communication channels.

What you will be doing: As our chat support specialist, you’ll serve as the initial contact for customer requests, tackling questions and delivering resolutions by researching information and working collaboratively. Your day involves understanding customer concerns, finding relevant answers, suggesting different approaches to problems, putting solutions into action, and passing difficult cases along to appropriate teams, entirely within text-based platforms and email systems.

Contract length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed:

  • A device capable of internet connectivity for using chat platforms and online tools (smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer).
  • Capacity to operate independently while following established protocols and directions.
  • Willingness to commit a minimum of 10 hours each week.
  • A stable, reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: Flexible scheduling, with 10 hours as the starting baseline and room to expand as needed.

Location: Work entirely online from anywhere, with preference for candidates in the United Kingdom.
