We’re hiring Remote Entry Level Chat Support Agents to deliver outstanding assistance with customer inquiries across our comprehensive selection of offerings. This position focuses on helping customers find answers, suggest appropriate products, and guide them through features, creating memorable interactions with every conversation.
What you will be doing: Your day involves chatting with customers through our messaging system, fielding questions around costs, return procedures, and current deals. We prioritize straightforward dialogue and prompt responses, making sure each person who reaches out gets the support they’re looking for. You’ll receive full training before you start, setting you up to manage different types of requests with assurance and skill.

Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll require a dependable gadget, such as a phone, computer, or tablet, plus a stable internet connection to manage chat duties efficiently. Self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and comfort following processes are essential. We’re asking for at least 10 hours weekly availability.
