We’re looking for friendly and digitally-comfortable people to work with us as Entry Level Chat Support Specialists. This position suits anyone who enjoys connecting with customers and loves communicating through online channels, especially in the high-end fashion space. You’ll be customers’ first contact point, delivering outstanding service through live chat conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer messages and respond quickly through live chat across our platform and social channels.
- Answer questions about products, orders, delivery timelines, and resolve any customer concerns or complaints.
- Support revenue growth by talking with customers, learning what they’re looking for, and sharing personalized product suggestions.
Rate:
- $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and detail required for the review).
Requirements:
- Reliable internet access and a computer or device that works with chat platforms and social media tools.
- Strong writing abilities with fluent English communication.
- Self-directed mindset for solving problems and working without constant supervision.
Skills and Background:
- Previous chat support work is not necessary, we’ll train you thoroughly.
- Passion or experience with upscale fashion and online shopping is a bonus.
- Willingness to dedicate at least 10 hours weekly, with schedule flexibility available.
