Help customers navigate their shopping experience, respond to their questions, and provide the support they need. What you will be doing: You’ll handle incoming chat conversations with visitors, answer their questions, and deliver helpful guidance to improve their overall experience. Your day-to-day work will involve replying to customer messages, offering product information, facilitating transactions, and troubleshooting any concerns that arise.
Rate:
- $35 per hour
Requirements:
- A reliable device such as a phone, tablet, or computer with stable internet connectivity for operating chat and website platforms.
- Ability to work independently while carefully following directions and guidelines.
- Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability.
- Previous experience is not necessary, comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided.
