We’re hiring Text Chat Operators to handle customer conversations remotely from home. You’ll respond to customers through text-based chat interfaces, helping them with questions regarding delivery costs, refund procedures, stock levels, and other product-related matters. This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior experience necessary, and we provide full training to get you started.
What you will be doing: Your day involves logging into the chat platform at the start of your selected hours, responding to customer messages throughout your shift, and logging out when finished. You’ll receive payment every single day for the work you complete.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour

- You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of accessing websites and managing live chat platforms.
- Ability to complete tasks independently and maintain consistent effort throughout your shift.
- Willingness to adhere to guidelines and execute tasks with precision.
- A minimum of 10 hours weekly availability required.
