Your days would involve addressing their questions about everything from delivery costs to product details, all through text-based chat on our platform. New to this type of work? Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer messages via text chat with clear and prompt responses.
- Support customers by answering their questions about our offerings, how things work, and company guidelines.
- Keep interactions positive and courteous at all times, making sure each customer leaves satisfied.
- Access the chat system during your scheduled hours and record all customer conversations appropriately.
Position Details:
- Contract Length: Ongoing with no predetermined end date.
- Rate: $35 per hour.
- Working Hours: Choose your own schedule with a minimum of 10+ hours weekly.
Requirements:
- A device that works, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer, equipped with reliable internet connection for accessing chat and web platforms.
- Ability to work independently while consistently adhering to guidelines and established workflows.
- Strong typing speed and capability to juggle several conversations simultaneously without losing quality.
- Prior experience in similar roles is not necessary, comprehensive onboarding and guidance will be provided.
