What You’ll Do: In this position, you’ll communicate with customers through live chat messaging on our website and social channels. Your responsibilities include answering their questions, addressing concerns, providing relevant product links, presenting special offers, and creating positive experiences that keep customers satisfied.
Contract Duration: Indefinite
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address their messages, troubleshoot complications, and deliver helpful recommendations.
- Leverage available systems and resources to investigate customer concerns and find suitable solutions.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, prioritizing customer happiness.
- Transfer complex cases to appropriate teams when needed, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Requirements:
- A computer or mobile device with reliable broadband access.
- Capacity to work independently and follow established protocols.
- Availability for 7-hour daily shifts supported by a dependable internet connection.
Skills/Background:
- Experience is not a prerequisite, comprehensive onboarding will be offered.
- Demonstrate solid analytical thinking and clear written communication skills.
- Maintain sharp attention to detail while handling multiple tasks and organizing workload in fast-paced conditions.
