Remote Live Chat Support – Entry Level Work from Home

Do you want to support online shoppers while working from your home office? We’re looking for seven reliable individuals to fill Remote Live Chat Support positions with a growing timepiece e-commerce company. You’ll interact with customers in real time through our website chat system, helping them make informed purchases and resolving their concerns promptly.

What you will be doing: Your main task involves signing into the chat system each day and responding to customer messages. You’ll have access to resources for handling routine inquiries and supervisory support for more complicated situations. Before your first shift, you’ll complete a short orientation period, about 1 to 2 hours long, covering the platform basics and company procedures so you can hit the ground running.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour

Skills/background needed:

  • Reliable device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet access.
  • Ability to manage your workload independently and stay motivated without constant oversight.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and a commitment to following established protocols carefully.
  • Minimum 5 hours per week availability for live chat duties.

Location: Remote work from home, United States based preferred.
