We’re seeking a Remote Customer Support Chat Agent to help customers navigate their experience with us. You’ll be part of a supportive team where clear communication and genuine care for customer needs drive everything we do.
What You Will Do:
- Respond to customer messages via chat, addressing questions about pricing, returns, promotions, and other product details while offering promotional codes where available.
- Handle both reactive support tickets and outbound customer engagement to boost satisfaction and retention.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- A computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access for chat platforms and social channels.
- The ability to work without constant supervision and execute tasks with consistency.
- Availability for at least 10 hours weekly.
Skills/Background:
- Entry-level candidates are welcome, no background required. We offer comprehensive onboarding to get you ready.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and a service-first mindset are critical.
Weekly Hours:
- Choose your own schedule between 10 and 40 hours per week based on what works for you.
Location:
- Work entirely from home, best suited for applicants in the United States.
