What You Will Be Doing:
- Connect with customers through live chat channels, answering questions, delivering product specifics, and supporting their interactions across websites and social media.
- Resolve customer inquiries, suggest relevant solutions, communicate details about offerings, and guide customers through purchases or troubleshooting.
- Work with various communication platforms and chat systems while documenting conversations accurately.
Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- A dependable computer, tablet, or smartphone with stable internet access capable of running chat software across multiple platforms.
- Independent work style with strong attention to detail, ability to follow guidelines, and consistent output.
- Capacity to commit a minimum of 5 hours weekly with consistent, high-speed internet connectivity.
Hours per Week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
