What You Will Be Doing:
- Handling incoming chat messages with quick, helpful responses to customer needs.
- Managing customer communications via email and live chat, addressing concerns, sharing product information, and handling promotional offers.
- Working with multiple platforms and systems to keep conversations flowing smoothly and stay organized.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- A dependable computer, phone, or tablet with the capability to access messaging and web-based support platforms.
- Willingness to manage your workload independently with strong commitment to meeting deadlines and following procedures.
- Availability for at least 5 hours per week plus a stable internet connection at your location.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
