Technical Review Writer – Work from Anywhere Remote

We’re looking for a Technical Review Writer to evaluate mobile applications and games from a user’s perspective. If you’re passionate about technology and enjoy breaking down how apps work, what makes them tick, and where they fall short, this remote opportunity lets you do exactly that. Your insights will help app developers improve their products and give consumers honest, thorough assessments.

Roles: Install and test apps across your mobile devices, spending time exploring every feature and capability. Document how well each app performs, identify any bugs or usability issues, and write clear, detailed reviews that capture your findings and overall impressions.

Requirements:

  • At least one compatible device: iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet.
  • Fluent English with strong writing and communication abilities.
  • Sharp attention to detail with an analytical mindset toward app evaluation.
  • Independent work style with strong self-discipline and motivation.

Contract Length: Ongoing with no set end date.

Pay: $35 hourly rate, adjusted based on the scope and difficulty of each assignment.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Comfortable navigating mobile devices and downloading apps from app stores.
  • Capable of translating your app testing observations into well-written documentation.
  • Committed to following guidelines precisely and delivering comprehensive, actionable notes.
  • Can dedicate a minimum of 5 hours weekly to testing and writing.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection required.

Hours per Week: Schedule your own pace, work as much or as little as you want within your availability window.

Location: 100% remote opportunity, ideally suited for candidates in the United States.

We’re actively building our roster and welcome capable candidates who can start contributing right away.

If testing apps, discovering what users experience, and writing thoughtful critiques appeals to you, submit your application today and become part of what we’re building.
