What you will be doing: In this Remote Entry Level Customer Support Specialist role, your primary focus will be responding to customers via live chat support. You’ll handle incoming customer inquiries, walk people through solutions, and make sure every interaction leaves them satisfied with our offerings. The job itself is straightforward, logging into our messaging system when your shift begins, actively assisting customers throughout your time online, and clocking out once you finish to get paid that same day.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- A working device such as a laptop, phone, or tablet paired with stable internet connectivity.
- Competent English writing ability.
- Previous live chat experience is not necessary because comprehensive onboarding is included.
- Capability to manage your own workload and adhere to clear instructions.
- Willingness to contribute a minimum of 5 hours each week.
Hours per week: Schedule flexibility available, from 5 up to 40 hours weekly depending on what works for you.
Location: Online remote position, candidates from the United Kingdom are preferred.
